I purchased Lancom foundation, it was placed in my neighbor’s mail box ( mistakenly placed by the mail man) and my neighbor was on vacation for 10 days. When I saw the tracking number which said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it, I contacted this WONDERFUL SELLER and she replaced the second one without any extra charge to me. Given the fact, it was not her fault. I offered to pay the second one but declined. I am so touched by this seller.
