    Easy to use

    My last Ninja coffee maker lasted almost 9 years. I'm truly hoping this one lasts just as long. I love the S.S. pot that holds so much coffee and it brews super fast. I also like the k-cup attachment for when I'm just making coffee for myself in the morning. It's easy, it's beautiful and I love it. It had water in it when I received it so it's probably used. I don't care, as long as it lasts.

    Defective product

    My Ninja cm was defective. It would not brew a full cup, half nor full pot of coffee. Very loud and slow to brew. Would work Great as a humidifier!

    BEST COFFEE MAKER EVER.

    This is the best commercial (not professional) coffee maker/capuccino maker/hot water dispenser. Very easy to use. Stylish. Inexpensive compared to professionals, which are in equal terms of quality. Just make sure to either buy the disposable filters or the brand reusable filter, for non K-cups. And also, COSTCO has the same brand but with glass carafe. Its a no brainer to have the thermal carafe. Its so well done, pouring coffee to the carafe is trough a tube that delivers cofee to the bottom, leaving no residues, but all well managed.

    Space saver with great functions

    It's versatility. I'm able to use pods as well as ground coffee in a variety of sizes. The speciality setting and on ice settings are awesome. It brews a great Iced coffee. It has a small counter foot print. I also like that you can move the reservoir from side to back which aides in the space saving feature. I would reccommend it.
