Package received a week early with no delivery notice [Fed-ex sent email two days later]. I thought it was a scam and returned box unopened to Walmart who later said they returned it to FedEx. Package now MIA and seller refuses to refund money - complaint made to Ebay they sided with seller as they provided new label with my name on it. I'm on Ebay 15+ yrs w/o probs!

The Seller has been open and honest re: this item. Through no fault of their own, the product was discovered "defective" and shipment has been delayed as they are waiting for their replacement for this item. They issued a complete refund even before I knew of the problem. Speaks Positive Volumes re: their integrity. Am waiting to hear that replacement is available.
