First of all, it's clearly stated on the top of the page that these headphones are refurbished, not new. And the ones I've purchased work perfectly. This is without question my favourite headset. I love that they sit behind the head, because they don't cause headset headaches. Also, the inline volume control is great to use when you land on a website that is louder than I'd like, and I don't have to goof around with my computer's volume. There are USB to 3.5 mm dual jack adapters available if you like to use both the headphones and the microphone, or if you enjoy USB sound quality, and your computer only has one 3.5 mm jack. These are really my all-time favourites, and I've been using them for years and years. I purchased these after my last ones finally gave out after heavy usage. I would not recommend anyone to buy this headset for one thing at the phone was almost upon the ear and I was under the impression they were supposed to be brand new and you have to have an in output from both ears and head there's no USB port or way to turn it into usb not at all what I expected

These are no longer in production and fill a very particular niche. They fit snug, and have clearer audio in and out, including echo cancelling, than a lot of headphone's i've used. Bought a second set in hopes that I won't need to buy another pair for a few more years.
