I really like this camera; it is very inexpensive, yet has excellent quality video/recording (1280 x 720) capabilities. The microphone is a mega 'spy*' quality, highly sensitive, and I believe has noise-cancelling features[?not sure] (* can 'skype' from next room, even). Additionally, there is a free software suite for tweaking functions in Windoze... This is also plug-n-play on Mac or Hackintosh, though without optimized capture via software suite in OSX. I use them for making YT videos, etc. Have 2--love these ;)

I had to have a webcam and my Kiyo was DOA. I got this because I had to. It works. It's not really good. If I wasn't in a pinch I'd never buy it. Microsoft, IMHO, stop making anything worthwhile about 10 years ago. With the exception of their Server software. Everything MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) is top flight. The Support, the Knowledge Base... Everything. Every product shipped to consumers is junk in comparison.

Great microphone, easy setup, OK image quality. Depending on the video chat platform, the image quality ranges from pretty good to fairly pixleated. This isn't a big deal for me, but for those looking for super high resolution video, a newer model would be better. For those like me, this is a great option at a very reasonable price point.

Webcam Quality is very Good which you can expect from a high quality camera above $25. But, If I am getting same quality for under $25 then it's raining $$. As for the Quality goes this camera beats most of it's same budget cameras and some above rated price cameras also. Setting up this camera is too easy as it automatically downloads drivers on Windows 10 (which I am using) can't tell for other systems (such as Linux). Easy to use? Definitely as it is light and has a Clamp which can hold on your laptop and you can adjust and keep it on top of your computer so that it doesn't falls. And Image Quality I have already mentioned. But, I would like to mention that it has Video Resolution of: 1280x720 which means it is more wide and focus is also very good. Frame rate is 30fps. Only con I found is it is lacking Noise Reduction. Noise reduction is not as good as Logitech so, if your only concern is Noise Reduction then go for something else but, for everything else go for this as it is BEST IN WHAT IT DOES.Read full review
