Beware of this seller. The seller is a liar and a scammer. I purchased a XR Justin Jefferson RPA ecased with Panini seal. When it arrived, it did not have the Panini seal and was no longer encased with a Panini seal. Instead yellow tape with void under the tape where the panini seal used to be. See pictures below. You can see the where the panini sealed was pulled off & can make out void. This is why I sent it back. seller received it back, & told eBay I removed the panini seal.
