Ordered the item on 12/12 for Xmas present- on 1/11 have still not received the item and tracking shows it never left state of origin. Seller won’t return money because they don’t think they should be out money for post office error- but why should I be? I am not the one who mailed it. Would strongly recommend NOT to buy from this seller- customer service and satisfaction not at all important to them!
