This item was refunded because of a shipping delay. However, I still wanted to provide feedback because the item arrived over a week after it was refunded. It was NOT the item I ordered. It was not Fisher Price brand as described, rather it was a cheaply made knock off that I would be embarrassed to gift to a new mom, nor would I use for my own child. I subsequently purchased a real Fisher Price noise machine otter and there is absolutely no comparison.

We thank you for your feedback. We do apologise for the inconvenience. We where hopeful to take on board a new supplier for a range of products, but as soon as we found the product was not to the quality we strive to bring to our business we immediaely stopped supplying this product and cancelled all orders. This is not a reflection of the products we sell and have ceased business with that supplier. We apologise for this and refunded all customers.
