Seller poorly listed the item. There was already damage w/ crack repair. After I placed the only bid, she then informs me of a crack. She did not properly pack bec. the box was too small causing internal damage. She asked ME to file w/ USPS. She finally decides to file herself and when she did not get the full total of shipping/cost of the item she was expecting, she only refunds the cost and not the shipping which was more than the cost of the win. She says she dId me a FAVOR filing?

I guess the buyer is angry/vindictive because she couldn’t grasp the process of USPS damage claims and she expected to keep the item, have a full refund (which was given 100%), AND get a shipping refund which USPS doesn’t do. Ebay issued her a shipping refund a day later but she still left rude feedback, couldn’t let it go for some reason? After 25 years as a solid eBay seller, I know there are some people who you just can’t please, even when you do everything to help them.
