The seller falsely listed the item with incorrect title and incorrect description, and baited myself and other buyers who bought it into thinking it was Pokemon Center exclusive box, but in fact it was a normal box which was half the price of what the seller was charging. After I asked him to cancel my order, the seller was very rude and delayed canceling my order for over 24 hours as "punishment" I guess? And after that, still failed to correct the description for a while longer.

I apologized and offered refund immediately. Told customer it was a typo on my end. How is that rude???? Guess the customer had to let off steam this way..SMH. Cant keep them all happy despite the efforts. Some customers will always be Karens.
