Less than impressed by the worn packaging box and product itself! It was not sealed as indicated in the description, the plastic was cut open and the lid of the box was barely hanging on…it definitely did NOT look new and crisp as the picture had indicated, nor did the exp date match. I bought this to add to a gift basket and with this appearance that isn’t happening. Come on do better with your representation of the product you are selling!!

I received no contact from the buyer before this feedback was left. I'm so sorry that this product arrived damaged. I always try to package products carefully, but the post office is not always as careful as I'd like. I did offer a full refund upon return or a partial refund to compensate for the damage if they preferred to keep the product. Unfortunately, the buyer is not responding to my emails. If the buyer sees this, hopefully, they'll reach out. I'm happy to resolve any issues!
