I received a used or defective item that I purchased for my son as a birthday present. Seller indicated that my son played with the toy and possibly did something to it. I had to repeat to seller that he played with it for less than a minute and I was right there. Item is suppose to be "Mushy" as indicated on package and was not. I was charged a restocking fee of 40%. Seller was clearly hostile, not profesional and doesn't care about items or their conditions see in pictures below his words.

Figure arrived in a timely matter and was as accurate to the photos of its listing. Although, there was some oddity I had noticed from the photos and having inspected the figure physically when it arrived, it did not impede my decision in the purchase, regardless. In addition, in reaching out to the seller regarding the oddity, they were very kind and timely in their response. Though the origin of the figure's state was not clear, it was understandable, given the listing was labeled "used".
