    Works exactly the same as the factory/Zenith remote worked

    Works exactly the same as the original/Zenith one did. The ONLY difference is that this one requires two batteries while the factory/Zenith one required only one battery. Otherwise, there's zero difference. Works just fine, and it's a huge relief to, once again, have a remote where all the buttons (contacts) work again!

    Pleasantly Lightweight Also.

    For all of the reasons you listed at the outset of this questionnaire. Oh! One thing to add: it is comfortably light weight. It is easy for me to carry it from living room to kitchen. I do that in order to Mute horrible commercials while in the kitchen & can click it against the living room wall when the commercial is over & listen to my show.

    A test of time

    As a design the remote is cheap and very easy to break. Luckily, I received a working model. Don't be surprised if this model breaks down. It's a manufacturing deficit. Hopefully, this one will continue to work.
