While item just shipped my interaction with the seller was pleasant. There was a mistake made in the listing and the item was labeled incorrectly. She was apolgitic and responded quickly when it was pointed out and offered a refund if I wanted to return the item or a partial credit if I wanted to keep it and avoid tying money up for a couple of weeks waiting on the mail to deliver it and then me shipping it back. Great seller and definitely one I'll follow in the future. 5 stars.
