Seller has 15 business day handling time. No problem. The day after, seller marked item shipped. No tracking number. Five days later I asked for a tracking number. Seller responded that he would provide it that day. Seller never did. Sent another message. No response. Four days later I sent another message on 22nd business day. Seller refunded purchase despite me still wanting the item after I asked seller to provide proof of shipping. Just an overall odd and gamey experience.
