The item didn't ship within the stated time period. When I asked to cancel, a back dated ship date was added with no tracking. Then another, later ship date was added with no tracking information. It didn't even ship until after the expected arrival date. By then, I was out of town and didn't want a package sitting in front of my door making that obvious. I'm not happy with this seller. I could have gotten it for less on Amazon, but choose to use ebay. Expected better customer service.

First of all shipping was very fast. I had this item in two or three days. The hose is just what I needed in an RV hose. It’s heavy duty and has brass couplings. I would order from this vendor again.
