    The stylus was a new, sealed OEM unit, it was packaged for shipment extremely carefully, and it arrived safely and without damage. As far as value is concerned, it was definitely expensive, but these parts are no longer produced and are difficult to find. I could have bought an aftermarket replacement, but I wanted an OEM stylus in order to hear the cartridge as it originally sounded. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. Great seller!
