Perfect condition. The self cleaning work very good as we have a dog that sheds a lot. One negative note: The floor head has two little rollers for hard floors that get a lot of dog hair wrapped around the axil and bind the rollers. This is a common feature with our other Shark vacuum.

Shark Put Plus stick vacuum is just what we need since we have a German Shepherd. It performs well. The amount of fur is so heavy, we did have to unclog and clean out the vacuum often. It is light weight, goes around corners well. Attachments work great on cars with lots of fur too. Overall a great buy. I bought this one refurbished.
