The photos showed no images of the box other than the front which seemed perfect condition, when it arrived the box was extremely beat up and taped together. it was secured in postage just taped in a bag, there was no protection at all.
when i tested the furby the light glowed but the buttons didn’t work and it wouldn’t turn on other than the glowing heart.
i got a refund once i sent it back but it was very disappointing to receive.

You bought a used Furby and expected the box to be perfect? And the photos in the listing show the ears lit up, the eyes blinking and the Furby doing what it is supposed to do. I don't know if you had buyers remorse after you received it, but your expectations are ridiculous. Embarrassing feedback from you.
