Seller unilaterally changed shipping carrier & quality of service to a GROUND base FedEx from the auction promised "USPS Priority Shipping" - POST PAYMENT without communicating with me about MY toolbox. During the Holiday Season when shipping from New Your City to San Diego Ca, this has a number of serious impacts especially when you chose FedEx - the most UNRELIABLE shipper in the US. They lose 50% of my packages over that distance. Do what you say you are going to do next time!

Hi don't have any idea why without communicating first your negative comment come from. But I lose gains in this transition USPS was charging me to ship to San Diego 25% more the Fedex. Thats is the reason I decided to use Fedex for me has work in the past. Sorry to heir you have bad experiences in the past with Fedex but no may fault. Sellers can also write a bad feedback over a buyer. But I will not do that because I'm a christian. Hope you treat the next seller better. Godbless....
