When it was too late for ME to cancel, but NOT THE SELLER, I saw photos didn’t match the remotes listed. Seller had only created a shipping tracking# then . Seller selected Media Mail to save on cost which is forbidden by USPS. Sent 2 messages to cancel the BEFORE the items were received by USPS. Monday USPS dispatched the order. Asked WHY the order was NOT CANCELLED and shipped KNOWING it was not as described. Seller responded rudely: “I don’t cancel orders, you pressed purchase not me”.

If we’re going to take our conversation public let’s be accurate I said I don’t cancel orders after you forfeited your cancellation. My business policy is to not initiate cancellations. I have returns on if ever a problem arises. I sent media mail in error which is also between me and USPS if ever I’m underpaying they are sure to charge me the difference. I don’t have to honor your request after you didn’t cancel in the first place once an order goes thru I give it to my handlers and they ship.

False. I did not "forfeited my cancellation", it was past the window of time for me to cancel but not you. I told the you that and is eBay policy. You could have easily cancelled the disallowed MEDIA MAIL shipping label and cancelled the order. I will not waste my time to package, print a label, and carry it to USPS to for a few dollar refund. I donated the useless remotes to the Charity Thrift store. Buyer beware and be sure to compare every detail and photos of the listings.
