I ordered a Gray watch strap and received a Black one. I contacted the seller a couple of times and no reply back for over 72hrs. Too Bad as I was hoping to have a win win situation here and I would willingly purchase two more straps, but not hearing from the seller shows on how much customer care was given, no effort to make contact or come up with a better idea. But that’s just how that works!!! I’ll end up just using these straps as door stopper’s.
