    Vegan Baking - making new discoveries

    Lovely book, some great recipes although some of the ingredients are not that easy to find so I have to plan my baking more than I used to, I have found that you can substitute some of the ingredients with others that are easier to get hold of - if in doubt add chopped hazel nuts seems to be working for me. Have had some excellent results with the biscuits/cookies which disappear very quickly and it is not just our vegans family members who like them.
