I spent hours looking for the battery, which was going to be included for free as a courtesy. It needed to be found first. Evidently it was lost in flooding in a hurricane some years back. I stated I needed to find it first, and the buyer assumed it would be included. I wanted to work out a return and refund, and they are now unresponsive. It very clearly states in listing what was included. It very clearly states in listing battery is near end of life. I don't see what I did wrong here, sorry.
