I ordered this seal and extras for other motors I have. The description and part number was accurate. The part however was not. The seal is 1/4 inch too short. I messaged the company on the 11th, I keep getting automated messages back. I had only 1 message returned back to me asking for my outboard serial number. I responded in minutes and have not heard back in 3 days. The picture listed shows the seal I removed from my outboard on the left and what I received on the right. These are Not OEM
