Great product with the latest and greatest version of Office, but with this product you are only getting the license to download the product, which can be a problem if you live in Japan, like I do. I was only able to download the product after I found a good program to hide my proxy. On top of this, because this is the academic version, you need to provide proof of academic affiliation, which caused a five-day delay while I waited for Microsoft to approve my proof of affiliation. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this product if you are not familiar with proxies or are short on time because it will take a lot of time and give you a lot of headaches trying to install this outside of the US.
Couldn't tell if this was good software. It would not allow me to activate it. I was under the impression that I would be able to activate it with my sons High School Student number. It didn't work. So the purchase was a waste of money. I can't use this software. It was downloaded software. Very dissatisfied.

Difficulty with installation. Needed to call Microsoft to have them guide me to change some settings on the computer before installation can be completed. The call center has several options to finally get a live operator. Afterwards, installation was quick and easy. The program is working just fine with no issues. Subscription is good for 4 years on one computer, two years if shared. purchasing the product should have a life long membership for the life of the computer.
I like Office, however I don't think A limited of computers or having a limited time is fair when your child has finished college. They may need this product for a future job that may require to bring work home with them, and computers do not last like they used to.
