    Great for keto

    This is my "go-to" brand for one of the main ingredients in a keto high fiber muffin that is very filling. I've baked these muffins every single week since starting keto back in April, and this is the best oat fiber I've found. A bag lasts me 8 weeks (8 cups).

    Arrived as expected - Highly recommend

    Excellent product. Essential for added texture to keto baking. I have hated all the added extras recommended to get a decent "bread like" texture. Slowly, I've gone to the dark side and now use several of these to my baking, this being one. Originally I bought this for shirataki noodles, but that was a complete loss. As an experiment, I started adding it to my egg breads. The texture is outstanding. Highly recommend.

    A great source of insoluble fiber

    This company is somewhat local for me, and I have used other products that they make too. I make my own blend of fiber powder and use this product with great success for the insoluble fiber portion of the blend. It's a great insoluble fiber source, and a great value to boot.
