I was skeptical when opening the box. The PS5 was not packaged with enough support. It had little padding inside and only on one side of the box. The ps5 itself was very loose inside the shipping box. FedEx/UPS is notorious for throwing things around here. Prior to the item being shipped I sent the seller a request for additional padding. I was told it was no problem but it went completely ignored. Nevertheless, the PS5 was NEW in box as advertised and works. Shipping was fast.
