This customer did not research the correct Dongle that they needed for their specific controller before purchasing, which they admitted to After they left feedback. They also did not contact me at all with any issues, ever. If they had I would have just gone ahead and sent them a refund for a 14.99 item. Really would have not been a big deal. Even though it wasn't my fault at all, I would have just issued a refund and went about my day. People can't help you if you don't communicate.
