    Quality Assured

    Most magnesium bottles from store shelves are 'oxide' composed. A better quality is composed of 'glysinate' and is chelated...means easily absorbed....In the research I did, I found that this product is helpful for many ailments...is calming for better sleep, helps with headaches, unsteadiness, heart rate and much more. It is best taken with calcium (and optional--small dose of potassium). I take two a day (25% each dose). The 240 tablets is a good value, as my husband takes it also after experiencing unsteadiness...it has worked for him too. It pays to buy a better quality.

    To have found this product! Life before this product, I had no bowel movement without taking laxatives! Life after this product, I have movements! I'm so thankful to have found this product merely by looking on Google, seeking others who have my same problem, reading their stories and learning about this product.     It worked for me

    My ankles hurt so much at night. I listened to several functional doctors who said take magnesium but it has to be chelated. I searched reviews and chose this one. When I take it, no pain. When I don’t, pain and it’s hard to get to sleep. Such a easy inexpensive fix without pharmaceuticals.
