Horrible experience with seller! There is one ad photo to view this item which I assumed was the item I would receive. The item i received was sticky and horrible condition. I contacted seller- she was defensive, rude & aggressive telling me I would have to pay a 50% processing fee and shipping on top so that would basically be me paying for it twice. She said that in the description it mentioned conditions but it was in way worse condition. She was not accommodating at all & just lectured me

On multiple occasions offered a replacement,buyer showed interest in refund ONLY.
Which leads me to believe that buyer sort of a scammer,especially I do not have in stock powder without SPF.Sellers just watch out for buyers like that."Mad"because I asked to send wrong item back(I am providing prepaid shipping label), buyer failed to reply to this offer, why would you keep something you don't want?The answer is,the buyer wants a free product, sorry I do not have such.
