The listing claims pristine and with a next day delivery. Delivery took 3 days and the phone is far from pristine, with the surface on the rear of the phone being worn through. It arrived in a tatty envelope with just a USB lead which could easily have scratched the face, no box nor any other protection. Paid a premium price for what should have been a pristine phone with a premium service, neither of which were realised. Very poor.

    Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-5830i-

    Genuine brand new Samsung phone with film still on screen. I was a little sceptical when ordering this phone as to its authenticity but, although its an old model, works well, compact and great value at under £30. I don't like a big phone, so this is replacing a basic Nokia 3310 phone, and is great. I tested the battery on standby for six days and was 20% then recharged it, in two hours. For occasional use you will probably get 3 days out of the battery. I added a 64Gb SD card as the inbuilt memory is limited.

    So far it seems to work ok and I am Happy with it. Battery life not so great but for now it’s adequate as person using it is new to these types of phones

    Excellent choice.

    My phone packed up , having had it for several years. I needed something cheap and quick that I could put my SIM in. It was weekend and I needed to get it as soon as possible and was prepared to opt for a second hand phone but seeing the Samsung Galaxy Ace boxed with all it's components and at a more than reasonable price I chose that. I am in no way technically minded but I assembled it and got it working in minutes. It does everything I need it to do ( I don't do games and very rarely Facebook).It is light and compact and fits easily into my work trouser pocket. It has a good loud ring. I am one very happy 72 year old bunny.
