Seller is very dishonest, after I bought the excavator I received a message saying it was a pre order sale and it would ship in 4 weeks. Then they ok said it would be 2-3 more weeks. Lastly they said the port of Houston was flooded and it’s be 2-3 weeks. I called the port and it was a lie. They tried to switch me into a different excavator that was almost double the price. When I caught them lying they admitted they don’t even have the excavator they sold me even after 7 weeks. BUYER BE WARE. J

We apologize for all the inconvenience. As we explained this machine was a preorder and was coming from our manufacturer in China. We offered you a better machine that wa in stock and ready to ship, however you declined. We offered you a discount for the delay / free shipping or gave you the option to cancel the order at any time. We did our best to work with you and find other solutions. Since this was an overseas shipment we explained the delays and situation and made sure to give updates.
