I got a damaged chassis and motherboard from the original purchase. This was of course, disappointing but the seller was phenomenal - responsive, understanding, and sent me a new chassis and board without hassle. these all arrived undamaged and working. They had 6 of this exact model and they have plenty other R640s (96 to be exact) they could have offered me but they just didn't want to sell me it. I would avoid doing business with sellers that don't live up to their listings.
