    Never got the item, seller got the order back after a month at the border. Asked for a refund but EBay had to step in to help because the buyer doesn’t accept returns. eBay label said delivered so they denied my claim. Buyer wasn’t responding, had to appeal eBay’s decision. After 2 months got the money back. Nightmare shipping/customs experience.

    The post clearly states that he would have to pay taxes and import duties upon entering the country. He refused to pay them, despite being offered 50% of the payment. Ignorance doesn't absolve him of his guilt. The listing is clear and concise. I offered to ship the product, but they flatly refused. eBay needs to take action on this matter. Their refusal to rate the product on a whim or out of necessity is unnecessary.
