The computer arrived at my residence in a well-packed box and every part of it including its dvd drive worked without a hitch. It looks almost new and $99 for it was a bargain. When I unpacked the box, I had a minor question to the seller, funtechtoy, and they answered it immediately. All in all, they have done an excellent job. The earlier complaint I raised was addressed to eBay (not funtechtoy) as they kept asking me to write my feedback while I was still waiting for it to come to my door.
