Smooth transaction. Superior communication. There was much more rust than what the description said but there was no way of knowing that until I had the car up on the lift and serviced... oil change, tire rotation, etc. Similarly, the air conditioning worked for about a minute before it conked out. Turns out there was a leak and practically no freon. Had the leak fixed and freon loaded. Now the AC is ice cold - just the way I like it. All things considered I'm quite satisfied,.
