Listed as new but was missing parts. Seller insisted parts were present. After sending pics showing missing parts seller offered a full refund or $10 refund and I keep item. I opted for $10 refund. Seller never refunded me the $10! I ended up spending another $20 just for the missing parts. Even though the selling price was very reasonable, I expected all parts to be present when listed as new.
