This item was a good price compared to others that I saw. It was securely wrapped and marked as fragile. This pencil snowman is used, but in great condition. The seller, Bev, included a thank you sticker on the packaged as well as a Thank You post card inside the box. The shipping cost was fair. The package, according to tracking, was supposed to arrive on March 27th, but arrived on March 29th. This I'm sure is due to USPS.
