Sadly, it was damaged at the factory, had several dents and the negative battery wire terminal was broken and non functional, but it was boxed to sell anyways. I sent pictures of the damage to seller. She was very nice and promptly offered a refund or replacement. I accepted a replacement. This one had a couple small dents in the lower part on frame, acceptable. Heater is easy to setup and worked great. 5 star to seller, great communication.
