No battery, etc. but I didn't want one anyway. I had an older one of these units (same model) that came in a set which I got a few years ago that included a drill, a saw, two batteries, a bag and a few other things. The hammer assembly had gone bad in the unit that I had and the replacement part cost only a little less than this complete new unit. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking that it might be a rebuilt or some such, but it appears to be, and performs like, a completely new unit and included an instruction manual. I am a satisfied customer.No battery, etc. but I didn't want one anyway. I ordered this not realizing it was the wrong size compared to the others and tried to cancel my order by they would not let me. I tried to involve Ebay and pay pal but they didn’t offer much help. These ordered are supposed to be guaranteed to our satisfaction but it doesn’t seem to be that way. Very unhappy with the whole ordeal.
