The condition/cosmetics of the phone was great, as described, the shipping/delivery of the item was great with no complaints at all, but the phone itself has had a couple hiccups such as wanting to freeze up and delay , so I'm not too thrilled about that aspect of the entire process from start until now as I am having to cover costs myself to make what adjustments or repairs necessary. The seller has made themselves available to me and made an attempt to help the situation and /or resolve .

    Great for the price

    I love this phone. I've had the a20, a21, and the a14. I think the a20 was my favorite but I had it 3x and each time it just went out on me (after at least 6 months, no water damage) insurance covered and replaced but after the 3rd time they told me i had to upgrade lol. So I switched and this is a close runner up. The resolution isn't as great but otherwise performs great.
