    We actually tried the newer version of this and went back and found the older version because it's better it has one more blade and is more useful for us

    Mandoline 1087

    I like to use this Mandoline, but I have found the blades could be sharper. Since this was purchased on ebay I am not able to get any customer support help from Pampered Chef. They only support items purchased from their parties.
