About this product

Product Information

The young apprentice shaman grows up a little for his second cross-console adventure. Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams features a slightly more mature Tak, who is already well aware of "the Power of Juju," yet still will need to improve his abilities before facing a greater challenge than ever before. The evil sorcerer Tlaloc is using the Nightmare Scepter to frighten the good people of Tak's tribe; it's time for Tak to defeat the villain once and for all. Fans of the original will notice that Tak begins this second game with a larger repertoire of combat moves, and a mana bar already in place. He'll still have to travel the land to increase his powers however, and learn new tricks from a selection of spirit animal friends.

    Tak 2 - Staff of Dreams Gamecube

    Previously I'd owned and played this on my Gamecube but recently bought a copy to play on my Gamecube-capable Wii. I love the game.. witty gameplay with good graphics!

    Tak 2- Great game for all ages

    I got hooked on the Tak series of games when my son gave me the first one for my 46th birthday. It has great visual effects. Lots of variety in where you can travel to, and of course humor. The only thing I don't like is sometimes you can't get a full 360 degrees when youturn your view around. Tak has to be moved a little bit and then he can view all the way around. Overall, Tak is great. He's a teen on an adventure and I enjoy playing games that don't have bad language in them. Tak 1, 2, & 3 get an AA+++ from me!
