The box had been string and sturdy, the planter was very well wrapped and padded, but the shipping handlers showed absolutely no regard for this package. It was a lovely little vintage planter with a beautiful bird. When the seller saw the pictures and read my description, the seller immediately refunded me in full. These are lovely sellers and I intend to continue buying from them. A+ sellers.
