    I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The buyer did not read the description of the item. The description clearly states that this is a vinyl stencil that is un-weeded. The buyer was also told that the item was sent via regular postage and that the average shipping time was between 2-4 days. The buyer states that we communicated badly, however, we explained very clearly that regular postage has no tracking and that if she did not get her item, we could refund or re-send item.
