Customer service was responsive. The listing is inaccurate as far as returns. Listing says seller pays for return shipping but not the case when I request a return as the item did not work on my bicycle. Buyer beware you will be paying for return shipping. Item arrived 7 days after I was notified delivered. Not sure if USPS issue or something else.
