This item was sold once before I purchased it, from yet another auction. 5 days later he informed eBay that it was out of stock. If he doesn't get the price he wants, he doesn't honor the price he got from the auction. This maybe a way to get around eBay's policies, but it sure as hell is not good for his business. I was refunded my money. But that's not a valid reason for not honoring his sale. I know this because I bid in his first auction and lost. I got a second chance 7 days later.
