The condition/cosmetics of the phone was great, as described, the shipping/delivery of the item was great with no complaints at all, but the phone itself has had a couple hiccups such as wanting to freeze up and delay , so I'm not too thrilled about that aspect of the entire process from start until now as I am having to cover costs myself to make what adjustments or repairs necessary.     Greet Phone/ Great Value...Love Moto

    I don't want to spend a lot of $$$ on a phone. However, I still want most modern features. This phone fits the task perfectly. I love the fact that it isn't huge (it is a bit bigger than my old Moto E), but not a lot. I also am happy it has a better camera and shoots HD video. A major plus for me. I don't really see what more expensive phone have over this. It has all the necessary sensors to allow elevation apps and compass apps to run. I think it is a great phone and a great value. About the only thing I'm wish was a bit better is the sound, it does not seem as loud as my former phone when using speakerphone (which I use all the time) and the touch pad dialing tones are very faint. Other than that I give this phone a big thumbs up.

    Moto E4 16GB is a good phone

    This is the second one of these phones I've had. The first would still be going strong if it hadn't gotten drowned in the clothes washer. I was at least able to salvage the battery. These phones, though a few years old now, are good performers and come with Android Nougat. They are better if you can get one that's factory unlocked so as not to come pre-loaded with a bunch of apps you don't want and can't get rid of. I think the size is a good compromise between being big enough to see screen detail easily and being able to fit an average size pocket. Unless you're a seriously addicted phone junkie, you'll get one day plus of use off a full charge, and the charger is fairly fast. All in all, a good buy and definitely worth it.

    Good. Small enough.

    I had a 5.5" phone before this one, and found that was too big. 5" seems to be a lot more ergonomic for me, to hold and to fit in my girly sized pockets. This is probably the most performant phone of this size in this price range with an unlockable bootloader, if you get the factory unlocked version, model XT1768.

    Good phone good price

    It's a good phone for a good price.it's the size I want it because I can put it in my shirt pocket. I did have to buy a hard case for it because I tend to drop my phone quite often LOL and I had one about a month ago that I drop and it broke so I just ordered another one because the price is so good.

    Very nice, very well priced smartphone.

    I like my Motorola Moto E4 and finally convinced my wife to try one (after several of her complaints about her previous smartphone's batter life and other issues). She is getting used to the new phone, and so far really likes it, especially for its longer battery life.
