The condition/cosmetics of the phone was great, as described, the shipping/delivery of the item was great with no complaints at all, but the phone itself has had a couple hiccups such as wanting to freeze up and delay , so I'm not too thrilled about that aspect of the entire process from start until now as I am having to cover costs myself to make what adjustments or repairs necessary.     Great Tablet

    Although no 'techie' by any stretch, tablet works flawlessly, and easily 'one-touch-rooted'. Many features, and still becoming acclimated and comfortable with use. Inserted 64g SD card, so now plenty of storage space. Internal storage quickly fills, so plan on SD card and learning to move files.

    Replacing a smaller tablet

    I was in the market for a larger tablet, and this one fills the bill. Too bad it's not supported by Sprint, but it's wifi capable, and that's great. Can go everywhere with me. The only possible negative is the location of the charging port. When I have the tablet installed with the keyboard case, the charging port is on the bottom, and I have to remove the tablet to charge it. Bummer. Otherwise a good buy.
